Kerry M Stemler is President and CEO of KM STEMLER CO INC, a commercial and industrial general contracting firm operating in the Southern Indiana/Metro Louisville KY markets. Kerry is President and CEO of KM STEMLER TRUCKING INC, a specialized interstate hauler of heavy construction equipment, industrial forklifts and machinery primarily in the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, and Tennessee. He is an owner/member of several commercial real estate property leasing & development companies in the region. Properties leased and developed include Class A office space, truck terminals, commercial warehousing and advanced manufacturing facilities.

Kerry is a member of the Board of Directors of Community Bank Shares (a multi-state bank holding company), Your Community Bank, Floyd Memorial Hospital Foundation, Community Foundation of Southern Indiana’s 4100 Charlestown Inc, ONE Southern Indiana, Greater Louisville Inc, Indiana State Chamber of Commerce, Partners for Creative Economy, Regional Leadership Coalition, Louisville Zoo, Conexus Indiana and Logistics Network. He serves on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of Community Bank Shares. He is Past-Chairman of One Southern Indiana and Chairman of Floyd Memorial Hospital Foundation Board. He serves on the Executive Committee of Logistics Network, Conexus Indiana and the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce. He is past Vice-Chairman of Business Development Committee through the Southern Indiana Chamber of Commerce and past President of Southern Indiana Chamber of Commerce. He previously served on the Board of Directors of BridgePointe Services and Goodwill Industries and Carnegie Center of Art & History where he served as past president of both organizations.
